We are independent academic researchers based at Thompson Rivers University. We're not part of the Civil Resolution Tribunal or the BC justice system. Over the spring, summer and fall of 2019, we did a survey of people who had used the Civil Resolution Tribunal, to learn about their experiences with the tribunal. We are interested in finding out things like how easy the online system is for people to access, how fair users found the process and what they liked and didn't like about it.
